A Really Big Hole

After a day of removing joists from the living room, we ended up with a very large open space in the house. It took us several days to fill in the gaps that were left from the old joists and a day and a half for James and Rick to relay new joists and plywood. It cames out fantastic and we once again could cross the living room into the kitchen :)

Coming together

This is the view of our new floor from the almost finished basement :)

New Front door- needs a little love still, but fits much nicer than the old one did.
